This website has a ton of information on the planned community. There are pictures from all the events that take place throughout the year to the many activities(golf, tennis, swim, recreation). There is general info on the HOAs, CDDs and utilities.
There is a great Classified section where you can list things for sale. There are garage sale items, used baby stuff, furniture, homes, cars, golf gear. People in the neighborhood list babysitting, pet-sitting, house sitting, home cleaning services.
